Ernestine's works with each woman and child who comes through our doors to help them access the support and services that are best for them. Our individualized service model is crucial in assisting women achieve long term independence.

Our services include:

• 32 beds in 14 bedrooms for single women and families;
• A 24 hour emergency telephone crisis line;
• Food, shelter, bed, linens, towels and hygiene products;
• Trained staff available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day;
• Full service to women and children with disabilities;
• Service in 21 languages, with access to countless more with cultural interpreters;
• A safe and supportive community where women and children can plan for a safe future;
