Ernestine's Women's Shelter, an organization run by women, provides support
and shelter for women and their children escaping violence.
Ernestine's is pleased to debut our new logo! Stay tuned to changes that
reflect our new look on our website.
At the core of the logo is the word "Inspire". This is a call to action.
It reminds us to lead inspiring lives, changing the landscape around us.
The colour green represents renewal, hope, and growth. We have included
the first line of our mission with the logo - a strong statement about what we
do.
The logo is also a tribute to Ernestine Van Marle, the namesake of our
organization, who passed away this year. Her legacy will be carried on through
our continued work in the community.
A special thanks to all the volunteers who helped us develop and design this new
logo and our other communication materials.
